This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in intending to allot the road margin in Sy.Nos.22-1A2, 23-1A2, 24 and 25-1B of Madhavaram Village, Tadepalligudem Mandal, West Godavari District, towards house sites under the Navaratnalu-Pedaluandaraki-illu abutting the petitioners’ lands in Sy.Nos.22-2a1A, 22-2a2, 22-2a3, 22-2a4,23-1a, 23-2, 25- 3 and 26. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land, described as road margin, if so required for any public purpose. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose and if the petitioners make any representation for the said purpose with respect to the subject land, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the respondent authorities concerned strictly in accordance with law by giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including the petitioners and upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.10602 of 2020 5.
