Heard Mr. Danish Ahmed Siddqui, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Mateen Siddiqui, learned counsel, appearing for the applicant as well as Mr. C.R. Sahu, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer: “ 1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set aside the impugned order dated ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.06.20 11:24:08 +0530 2 22.08.2017 (Annexure P/1) passed by the learned Family Court at Raipur in MJC No. 522/2016. Kewari Bai v. Jiwan Lal. 2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent Jiwan Lal to pay a sum of Rs. 20,000/- to the applicant. 3. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent to pay the aforesaid amount from the date of filing of application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. i.e. from 15.09.2016 with interest. 4. Any other interim relief deemed fit and just by this Hon’ble Court may also be granted in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that his client is not responding, and therefore, he has no instructions. 4. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 5. The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit the record of the present case to the concerned trial Court within a week from today for necessary compliance and followup action, if any.
