GP FOR HOME 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declare the action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein who are trespassing into the petitioner’s plots situated in Sy.No.390/1 situated at Tadepalli Village, Mahanadu Road, Guntur District having purchased through registered Sale Deed bearing Doc.No.2725/1998 dt.29.6.1988, Doc.No.2329/1988 dt.9-6-1988 and Doc.No.2328/1988 dt.9-6- 1988 and preventing us to enter into our plots and extending threats, inspite of the written complaint dt.6-5-2025 followed by personal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to forthwith act upon the complaint dt.6-5-2025 and take action against the unofficial respondents as per law…” 2. Heard Sri K.Joseph, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint made by the 3rd petitioner, a crime has been registered against the unofficial respondent for the offence under Sections 351(2), 126(2), 269(b) r/w 3(5) BNS. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
