GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue the Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere into the Civil dispute in between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents 7 and 8 while pending the OS No. 4 / 2020 on the file of the Court of the Hon'ble III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool, Kurnool District as per the G.O.Ms.No. 288, Home (PS and C.A2) Department dated 06.11.2010 of the 1st Respondent as well as the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in the case of Farhat Begum Vs. Inspector of Police, Hyderabad and others reported in 2021 (2) ALD 349.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the representation of the petitioner in the year 2020 a case in Crime No.125 of 2020 has been registered against the unofficial respondents for the offence punishable under Section 448 read with 34 IPC. 5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law.
