The only grievance of the petitioner is that, without furnishing a copy of the FIR, a notice has been issued to the petitioner/Sub-Registrar to appear before the Investigating Officer, as regards a crime which has been registered by the second respondent Investigating Officer. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate fairly submits that a copy of the FIR would be furnished to the petitioner in two days' time. 5.
