PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), seeking to enlarge the Petitioner/ Accused No.1 on bail in Crime No.222 of 2025 of I- Town Police Station, Ananthapuramu, Ananthapuramu District, registered against the Petitioner/ Accused No.1 herein for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 109, 115(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’) and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner. This Court in Crl.P.No.9633 of 2025 on 15.10.2025 dismissed the bail application on the ground that the investigation was at progressive stage and charge sheet was not filed. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that after completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed. There is change of circumstance. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the factum of filing of charge sheet and the nature and gravity of allegations levelled against the Petitioner/ Accused No.1, this Court is inclined to enlarge the Petitioner/ Accused No.1. 5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following stringent conditions: i. The Petitioner/ Accused No.1 shall be enlarged on bail subject to he executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ananthapuramu. ii. The Petitioner/ Accused No.1 shall appear before the learned trial Court on every adjournment without fail. 3 iii.
