BATHULA RAJ KIRAN (SC FOR LIC HFL) The Court made the following: This Court, by an order dated 25.11.2025, in W.P.No.4913 of 2025, had disposed of the Writ Petition granting interim relief of status quo, to the petitioner till he approaches the Debts Recovery Tribunal, on condition of the petitioner depositing Rs.27 lakhs within one month from the date of the order. The petitioner had now approached this Court, by way of the present application, seeking extension of time on the ground that he was able to clear about Rs.10 lakhs and requires further time to secure the remaining Rs.17 lakhs. Heard Sri M.K. Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B. Raj Kiran, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2. In view of the averments in the affidavit and difficulty expressed by the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to extend the time, for depositing of the aforesaid amount of Rs.27 lakhs, by a period of four weeks, from today. This extension is subject to the condition of the petitioner depositing the entire amount of Rs.10 lakhs by tomorrow evening. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
