Whereby, the court had granted visitation rights to the petitioner/father on every 15 days once at any Sunday from 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. in the nearest park of the respondent's house and in the presence of the respondent, the father is entitled to visit the child by name Alim Zain and the father shall give the traveling expenses of Rs.3,000/- to the respondent/mother at every visit. There is no interim order granted by this Court in this writ petition and the notice is not served on the respondent till date. When the matter was taken up on 21.07.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today i.e. 22.07.2025 under the caption 'dismissal'.
