For Petitioner : Mr.R.Karthick Sevugapperumal For Respondent : Mr.A.Gopinath, Government Advocate(crl.side) ORDER This criminal revision case has been preferred against the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.RC.No.907 of 2025 order dated 10.12.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi in CMP.No.5457 of 2024, thereby dismissing the petition filed under Section 175(3) of BNSS for seeking direction to register FIR. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the aforesaid petition was dismissed only on the ground that the petitioner failed to lodge any complaint before the jurisdictional police. 3. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 4. On perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, it is revealed that there was a group clash, for which a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner. However, also the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was enquired and closed. Therefore, no prima facie case is made out to register any FIR. Hence, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order and this criminal revision case is liable to be dismissed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.RC.No.907 of 2025 5.
