This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to set aside the proceedings Roc.No. G1/2017 dated 4-5-2017

issued by the 4th respondent by holding the same as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violation of the Rules and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service in the interest of justice.”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to work out his legal remedies.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no orders as to costs.
