The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to lodge the First Information Report against the private respondents and to conduct the post mortem of the dead body of the deceased namely Sanjay son of Dharmendra Singh i.e. son of the petitioner for proper adjudication of the cause of death of the deceased. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action over the application of the petitioner dated 09.04.2025." 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law. 4.
