Hon’ble Shri Arvind Kumar Verma, Judge Order on Board 29/10/2025 1. In compliance of the order dated 17.09.2025, the applicant is present today. His presence is hereby marked, therefore the bailable warrant issued against the applicant stands cancelled. 2. The facts of the present criminal revision is that a complaint case was 昀椀led under Section 138 of N.I. Act and the trial Court had sentence 2 S.I. for 6 months and 昀椀ne of Rs. 7,10,000/- under Section 357(3) of Cr.P.C. Against which, the applicant has preferred an appeal where the sentence was reduced till the rising of the Court but 昀椀ne amount was enhance to Rs. 7,25,000/- by the appellate Court. Hence this revision. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant produced copy of receipt received from the Judicial Magistrate First Class Dhamtari and submits that the applicant has already deposited the 昀椀ne amount imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhamtari. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant does not want of press this criminal revision. 4. The copy of receipt produced by the applicant is taken on record. 5. On perusal of the receipt, it shows that on 20.08.2019, the applicant has deposited Rs. 1,42,000 and on 01.10.2019, the applicant has deposited Rs. 5,83,000/- before the JMFC Dhamtari. As such the applicant has deposited full amount of 昀椀ne as imposed by the learned Additional Session Judge, Dhamtari. Thus, the present Criminal Revision dismissed as not pressed.
