Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record. 3. The respondent registered a criminal case in crime No.43 of 2011. Thereafter, final report was filed before the learned Magistrate concerned. Since the same has not been in progress even after taking cognizance, the petitioner filed this petition. 4.
