JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent-Tahsildar, Hosakote Taluk, had put up a notice board on the land in question i.e., 3 acres 24 guntas in Sy.No.20 of Theneyuru Village, Hosakote Taluk, Bangalore Rural District, that the land belongs to the State Government. Learned Counsel had apprised this Court regarding the revenue entries standing in the name of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38063 WP No. 26053 of 2025 petitioner. Accordingly, this Court had directed the Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk, to say on what basis the notice board was put up on the land in question. 2. Today the learned AGA has filed a memo enclosing a communication made by the Tahsildar on 20.09.2025 to the learned AGA, that in terms of the directions issued by this Court he has removed the notice board in the presence of the local villagers while drawing a mahazar. 3. Consequent to the communication made by the Tahsildar, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Sd/- (R DEVDAS) JUDGE JT/- CT:VC
