Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on the counter, would submit that four crimes are pending against the petitioner, vide (i) Cr.No.136 of 2022, under Sections 504, 505(2), 500 r/w 34 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.; (ii) Cr.No.5 of 2025, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 292, 351(3) r/w 3(5) of the BNS; (iii) Cr.No.58 of 2025, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 324(4), 79, 351(3), 292 r/w 3(5) of the BNS; and (iv) Cr.No.59 of 2025, under Sections 74, 115(2), 308(2), 324(4), 329(4), 351(3) r/w 3(5) of the BNS; all crimes are registered on the file of Katrenakona Police Station, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, and pending before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mummidivaram. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders 5. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the respondent authorities shall follow the procedure directed by the Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 12.09.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in Writ Appeal No.674 of 2022, for summoning the petitioner to the police station on account of the pending rowdy sheet.
