ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioners for the following relief:
“ .. to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondents in not registering the crime pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated Dt.06.03.2024, 08.05.2023, 14.04.2018 as illegal and arbitrary and further direct the 3rd respondent to register the crime against pursuant to the petitioner's complaint and pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that petitioner gave complaints and as per its contents, the matter relates to the land belongs to a Church and the dispute relates to the affairs of the church, which is purely civil in nature and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioners are at liberty approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance according to the governing rules and law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
