The applicant has preferred this application under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of Anticipatory Bail, apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 215/2025, registered at Police Station – Jaijaipur, District – Sakti (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.
