Petitioners have sought quashing of FIR No. 0069 of 2021 registered against them under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC in Police Station Vasant Vihar, District Dehradun. 3. The impugned FIR is on record as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 4. Learned State counsel submits that upon investigation, Final/Closure Report has been filed in the matter as the evidence collected was found not to be sufficient. He thus submits that the writ petition has become infructuous on account of filing of closure report. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the said submission made by State Counsel. 6. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
