The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a. "Call for records on the file of the Respondents with regard to the various Representations/Legal Notice of the Petitioner dt. 26.07.2024 vide ANNEXURE -G & also Legal Notice dt. 23.12.2024 vide ANNEXURE- L, b. Pass a Writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the Respondents to receive the representation/Legal Notice of the Petitioner the dt. 23.12.2024 vide ANNEXURE-L & thereby issue a fresh & a correct reply in this behalf with reference to the particular provision of law / rules, refusing permission to the Petitioner, while permitting similarly situated other persons to do the business in the Respondent Hospital premises in the above case, in terms of final order dt. 26.11.2024 passed in C.C.C. No:873/2024 vide ANNEXURE-K, Representation/Legal Notice of the Petitioner dt. 23.12.2024 vide ANNEXURE-L & Representation of the Petitioner dt. 24.02.2025 vide ANNEXURE-Q." 2. After arguing for some time, Sri Keshav R. Agnihotri, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be addressed if the petitioner were permitted to take part in any tender - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46160 WP No. 10489 of 2025 notification issued by the respondents for the purpose of running a cafeteria or the like where the petitioner could carry on the business. 3. Sri. P.S. Malipatil, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that that Respondent Nos.2 and 3, do not have any objection for the petitioner to participate in any tender when issued. 4.
