ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of Respondent No. 4 in interfering in the civil disputes as illegal, arbitrary violation of Article 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in peaceful, legal possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in Sy. No. 704/2 situated at Moolavaripalli, H/o. Guntupalli Village, P.C. Palli Mandal, Prakasam District and to pass....”
2. Heard Sri Rama Chandra Rao Gurram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit it is a case of interference of police in the civil disputes.

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that basing on the complaint of one Kodavatikanti Prasad-6th respondent, a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.62/2023 under Sections 341 r/w 149 of IPC. He would further submit that, except registration of the above said crime, police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
