The victim has also not put in her appearance today nor has she filed her reply to the bail application. However, reply on behalf of respondent No. 1 stands already filed. 02. The petitioner has been granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2025. During pendency of this bail application, it seems that charge-sheet against the petitioner stands already filed which has been challenged by the petitioner by way of a petition under Section 528 BNSS bearing CRM(M) No. 565/2025. Learned counsel for Serial No. 01 Weekly List Bail App No. 38/2025 the petitioner has produced a copy of order dated 04.07.2025 passed in the said petition, whereby proceedings before the trial court have been stayed. 03. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner, during the pendency of this bail application, has misused the concession of interim bail or that he has violated any condition of the bail. 04. Since the Challan stands already filed against the petitioner and proceedings in the Challan have been stayed, therefore, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 19.02.2025 is made absolute, subject to the conditions contained in the said order. 05.
