Act)/Sessions Judge, District Uttarkashi, in Special Sessions Trial No. 48 of 2023, titled “State vs. Raj Kumar and Others”, under Sections 8/20 and 27(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that sufficient grounds exist to grant leave. Accordingly, the Special Leave to Appeal is allowed. 6.
