No. 262/2021 registered by the police station Gariyaband, District Gariyaband (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the present CRMP has become infructuous as the trial has been ended up in acquittal and the petitioners have been acquitted. 4.
