The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to cancel promotion of respondent No.5 and grant him promotion. 2. The petitioner joined respondent as Assistant Lineman on 12.05.2010 under PWD Category. He claims that his junior has been promoted. He sent representation dated 20.06.2023 (Annexure P-13) followed by Legal Notice dated 13.05.2024 (Annexure P-14) but to no avail. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. AG, Haryana who on advance notice is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. 5.
