This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs :- "a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay arrears of revised Salary, arrears of revised pension, Group Insurance and arrears of dearness allowance with admissible interest on delay payment of arrears and dues within stipulated period. b. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representation dated 19.07.2023 pending before respondent No.4 within a stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." Learned counsel for respondent submits that salary has been revised and arrears has already been determined which will be paid within short period. So far as revised pension is concerned, the concerned respondent will take decision within 12 weeks and in case of any legal impediment, the same will be informed to petitioner. Meanwhile, the State respondent will look into the grievance of non-payment of amount towards Insurance. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of above referred submission and instruction, this writ petition is disposed of with above direction. Order Date :- 3.7.2025 P.
