The learned counsel for applicant has stated that the applicant is staying in the USA, and it is not possible for her to physically appear before the Registrar to withdraw the amount. She has filed the general Power of Attorney in favour of her brother Prity 2 / 2 8.caf2950.2025 Sumit s/o Omprakash Agrawal, and prayed to allow him to withdraw the amount. 3. I have gone through the record. The Power of Attorney is filed on record in favour of Sumit s/o Omprakash Agrawal. 4. The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.
