JUSTICE V.SUJATHA WRIT PETITION No. 22633 of 2024 ORDER: The present writ petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order or direction declaring the action of the 1st and 2nd respondents in not providing reservation to the Dwarka Group issued GO.Ms. No. 10 dated 03.09.2024 and circular memo dated 15.09.2024 is contrary to the GO.Ms. No. 4 dated 19.11.2011 and GO.Ms. No.32 dated 03.12.2018 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice consequently set aside the same. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing the respondents. 3. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that this case is squarely covered by a Common Order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No. 31505 of 2024 and batch dated 17.11.2025. 4. Having perused the said Common Order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No. 31505 of 2024 and batch and batch dated 17.11.2025, and the facts in the present case, this Court is of the view that 5 the present case is squarely covered by the said Common Order. The operative portion of the common order is extracted hereunder: “…this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondents to specify in the notification, the category to which the fair price shop is being reserved and that the applications submitted by the DWCRA group members, who fall under Clause IX (iii) of G.O.Ms.No.32 dated 03.12.2018 and the subsequent circular instructions dated 15.09.2024 shall be received subject to fulfillment of roster point, age and educational qualifications as per the notification. With the above observations, these Writ Petitions are allowed setting aside the impugned notifications pertaining to the petitioners Fair Price Shops with a liberty to the respondents to issue fresh notification in accordance with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs….” 5. In view of the above extract, this case is also disposed of on the basis of the operative portion of the Common Order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No. 31505 of 2024 and batch dated 17.11.2025. 6. Registry is directed to attach the copy of the order, dated 17.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 31505 of 2024 and batch to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
