GP FOR REVENUE 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 12461/2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 6th respondent in directing the petitioner to vacate the House, Cattle Shed and compound wall made in the property admeasuring an extent of 120 Sq. yards in Sy.No.12/2, Ac.0.40 cents in Sy.No.15-2 and Ac.0.13 cents in Sy.No.13, situated in Ward No. 7, Sanjeevarayunipatteda Village, Thukivakam Post, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati District and handover the same to the respondents 7 and 8 is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and also without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents 6 to 8 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned property.…” 2. Heard Sri V.Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent police in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
