Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 81/2021, corresponding to G.R. On 13/14.08.2021, pickup van of the informant was stolen from a place at Netarhat road, near Santoshi mandir by unknown persons. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and he confessed his guilt. It was submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier.
