ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 herein in trying to interfere and dispossess the petitioners herein from the petitioners subject property i.e. Plot Nos. 99 and 100, in an approved layout in Sy.No. 34/1, 34/5, 34/2, 34/6, and 34/7, admeasuring a total extent of 484 Sq. Yards (approx. 0.10 cents), situated at Papampet Village, Ananthapuramu Rural Mandal at the active instance and instigation of the Respondents No.6 and 7 herein, in spite of the representation dated 06.11.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, opposed to the established principles of Law and further in violation of Right to Property guaranteed under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 herein not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner land herein by following due process of law and pass such….”
2. Heard M/s. Ayesha Azma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents are not interfering and there was no proposal also for dispossessing the petitioner from the subject property as the entire land is covered by residential houses.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition may be closed.

5. The submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed.
