Heard Sri CH. Raghavulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor are in attendance. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to their contentions raised by the petitioner in the present petition. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the presence of the petitioner/Accused No. 3 before the trial Court is dispensed with, unless his 4 presence is specifically directed by the trial Court. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition after the filing of the charge sheet, if so advised.
