Learned counsel representing Sri M.M.M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this matter is civil in nature. In that view of the matter, cause does not survive for further adjudication, and the writ petition may be closed. 3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into the merits of the case.
