Applicant has filed this fourth bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 532/2022 registered at Police Station – Masturi, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 302 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for applicant fairly submitted that the proceeding of recording of prosecution witnesses has been completed and the case is fixed today for recording of the statement of accused. Having considered the submission made by learned counsel for applicant and further considering fact of the case that, today case is fixed for recording of the statement of accused and further expecting that learned Trial Court may conclude the trial at the earliest, I am not inclined to admit this application for grant of bail to applicant at this stage. 4.
