This application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.80 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 351(2), 308(6) of B.N.S., Police Station-Badalpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. At the outset, Sri Rupak Chaubey, learned A.G.A. submits that during course of investigation vide C.D. No.9 dated 05.04.2025, Sections 308(6), 318(4) of B.N.S. have been deleted and Section 308(2) of B.N.S. has been added. 4. At this stage, Sri Anupam Dubey, counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file afresh. 5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. Certified copy, if any, be returned to the counsel for the applicant as per the Rules of the Court. 7.
