This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sheragada PS Case No.464 of 2023 corresponding to ST Case No.116 of 2024 (GR Case No.519 of 2023) pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.302/120- B/109/34 of IPC, on the main allegation of indiscriminately assaulting the deceased Madhusudan Bisoi, along with co-accused persons by deadly weapons resulting in death of the deceased. 3. Heard, Mr. Sidhartha Sankar Ray-2, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Satyabrata Mohanty-1, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. S.C. Pradhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. p. 2 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the materials placed on record keeping in view the evidence of witnesses so far examined and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety and trial being at its fag end, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
