No. 94/2014 dated 26.03.2014 of III Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 468, 471 and 506 IPC as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India read with Section 173 Cr.P.C. and pass..…” 2. Heard Sri M.Ravindra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police, to conclude the investigation and file a final report in FIR No.94 of 2014 dated 26.03.2014 of III Town Police Station, Nellore, registered for the offences punishable under Section 120-B, 420, 468, 471 and 506 of IPC. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed in this matter and the respondent police have obtained orders from the Superior 5 Officer to treat the matter as “civil in nature”. They have filed refer charge sheet before the Court which is pending for consideration. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
