On 10.12.2025, the SHO concerned was directed to submit a report regarding the status of the petitioner. 2. In terms of the direction, Sub-Inspector of Police, Ponduru Police Station submitted a report. It appears from the report that the petitioner and her family members died due to genetical disorder. As there are no surviving members of the family, it is not possible to collect the death certificate of the petitioner. 3. On perusing the report and considering the matter, it appears that the petitioner has expired. 4. Since the petitioner has already been expired, it is not necessary to proceed with this case. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
