This Court, vide order dated 09.08.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5674 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Roshan Kshirsagar had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for conclusion of the trial vide order dated 24.09.2025 in CRMP No.2982/2025. Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gunderdehi, District – Balod (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 01.11.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that, in the present case, the statement of two prosecution witnesses, are yet to be examined. Hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 8.
