JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. This Writ Petition is preferred by Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (hereinafter referred to as 'BWSSB') challenging the order dated 04.07.2018 and 31.07.2018 (Annexures - F and H respectively) passed by respondent No.1. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties particularly by referring to Paragraph No.9 in the order dated 01.06.2018 passed by respondent No.1 that, one G.Varadarayaswamy, Public Information Officer was directed to furnish information to the applicant/informant. The said order of respondent No.1 was not complied with - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44701 WP No. 64 of 2019 by the said G.Varadarayaswamy, and as such, respondent No.1 has passed the order at Annexure-F dated 04.07.2018 to take appropriate action against the said G.Varadarayaswamy, Public Information Officer of the BWSSB by initiating appropriate action under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The present writ petition is preferred by the BWSSB and not by the said Public Information Officer in an individual capacity as he is not complied with the order passed by respondent No.1 and in that view of the matter Writ Petition itself is not maintainable, as the petitioner-BWSSB is not the party aggrieved.
