This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) issue a writ order or directing in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no.1, Sub Divisional Magistrate Meerut, District Meerut to decide the Case No.3259 of 2024 (Rakesh Kumar Mittal and others vs. Paras Nagar and others) under section 70 of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1965 read with rule 50 of the U.P. State Cooperative Societies Election Rules, 2014 within a time frame schedule by the Hon'ble Court." 3. On a query by the Court, counsel for the petitioner states that the proceedings have been instituted on 19.3.2024. 4. Shri H.R. Mishra, appearing for the respondent no.8, has submitted that the objection/written submission has been filed by the said respondent, but the petitioner has not filed any document in rebuttal till time, and that this fact has been concealed in the writ petition. 5. Be that as it may, in case the pleadings are complete, the respondent no.1 is directed to endeavour to decide the Case No.3259 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. 6.
