Vide Order dated 24.12.2024, applicant was admitted to interim bail, subject inter-alia, to the condition that he shall appear before the investigating officer as and when required. Learned counsel for the private respondent has opposed the plea on the ground of gravity of the charge. Objections have been filed by the official respondent, a perusal whereof reveals that but for the receipt of Viscera report of the deceased and the expert opinion regarding handwriting matching of the deceased, the investigation is complete and applicant cooperated in the investigation.
