...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents authorities in attempting to disposes the petitioners from their land ad-measuring measuring Ac.3.80 cents and Ac.3.50 Cents in Sy.No. 1571 and 1570 respectively in Rajampeta Village, Rajampeta Mandal, Annamayya District without issuance of notice and following the procedure contemplated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency Act, 2013 as being contrary to law, illegal, arbitrary and against Article 300A of the Constitution and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of the above mentioned lands without following due process of law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners’ land ad-measuring acres 3.80 cents and Acres 3.50 Cents in Sy.No. 1571 and 1570 respectively in Rajampeta Village, Rajampeta Mandal Annamayya District without following due process of law pending disposal of the writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the respondents authorities in attempting to disposes the petitioners from their land ad-measuring measuring Ac.3.80 cents and Ac.3.50 Cents in Sy.No. 1571 and 1570 respectively in Rajampeta Village, Rajampeta Mandal, Annamayya District without issuance of notice and following the procedure contemplated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency Act, 2013 as being contrary to law, illegal, arbitrary and against Article 300A of the Constitution and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of the above mentioned lands without following due process of law and pass or orders….”
2. Heard Sri Tirumala Vidya Charan, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Without going into the merits of the case, the grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities are attempting to disposes the petitioners from their land ad-measuring measuring Ac.3.80 cents and Ac.3.50 Cents in Sy.No.1571 and 1570 respectively in Rajampeta Village, Rajampeta Mandal, Annamayya District without issuance of notice and without following the procedure contemplated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency Act, 2013. Hence the Writ Petition. 4
4. Though time is granted, the respondents have not placed any proper instructions in dispossessing the petitioners from the subject property. 5. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the record, ther respondent authorities are directed not to disposes the petitioners from the land ad-measuring Ac.3.80 cents and Ac.3.50 Cents in Sy.No.1571 and 1570 respectively in Rajampeta Village, Rajampeta Mandal, Annamayya District without following due process of law. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
