The petitioner is claiming allotment of 10% developed land in lieu of acquisition of his land comprising of Khata No. 309, Khasra No. 66 and 211, area 0.5892 hectare, Village Dhanauri, Pargana Dankaur, Tehsil and District Gautam Budh Nagar, as per compromise agreement dated 10.4.2024 between the petitioner and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (respondent no. 2) and for a further direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 7.4.2025 made in this behalf. 2. Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2, states that representation of the petitioner dated 7.4.2025 would be decided by the Authority within such time as may be directed by this Court. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 7.4.2025 by a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
