The writ petition seeks, inter alia, the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2, 3 & 5 to take policy decision in view of the order dated 26.04.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court to permit the petitioner to carry on his other decision of selling of chicken, mutton and egg along with fish in his allotted fish shop in firsh market of Naveen Sabji Mandi, Shahibabad, Ghaziabad." Such a policy decision cannot be directed by means of a writ of mandamus in absence of any statutory provision. The petition is therefore dismissed.
