This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.161 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per the F.I.R., petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 13.05.2025 and they claim clean antecedent. 5.
