Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make a representation before the respondent authority raising all his personal difficulties and grievances. 2. Permission is granted. 3. Accordingly, petitioner is allowed to make a representation raising all his personal difficulties and grievances before concerned respondent authorities within a period of two weeks and in turn the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same as per law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in S.K. Nausad Rahaman and others vs. Union of India and others reported in 2022 (12) SCC 1 whereby the personal difficulties have to be ascertained by the employer only, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
