It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the identical controversy involved in the present writ petition is already drawing the attention of this Court in Writ-C No. 13868 of 2022. 3. In the facts and circumstanced of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of on the same terms and conditions as has been done in the aforesaid writ petition.
