This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i-direct the court concern civil Judge (J.D.) Farenda Maharajganj to decide the 6c (Stay Application) Application filed by Petitioner with her suit No. 536 of 2021, its computerize No. UPMH120027262021, as well as Suit No. 536/21 (Sheela Devi vs. Nand Kishor and another) pending before him since 2021, within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. As far as the prayer made in the writ petition for disposal of Suit No.536 of 2021 cannot be granted in view of judgment of Constitution Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court in High Court Bar Association, Allahabad vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others (2024) 6 SCC 267. 3. However, as far as the prayer made in the writ petition for disposal of 6-C application is concerned, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, or issuing notice to private respondents and the writ is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Civil Judge (Junior Division), Farenda, Mahrajganj to decide 6-C application (Stay Appliccation) filed in Original Suit No.536 of 2021, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
