GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an appropriate writ, order (or) direction more particularly on in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No. 1 to 3 in not taking investigation seriously by not registering FIR and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 appropriately to register FIR and to provide necessary protection to the petitioner and her son.” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioner to proceed on the petition to enquire into the matter for registration of any case. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have sent a representation to the DSP and also to the Station House Officer on 25.09.2025. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is permitted to approach the police and submit a fresh representation to the police. On receiving such representation, the police are directed to act in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
