The impugned order dated 24.02.2025 is one admitting the Revision to hearing and passing an interim order of stay of operation of the order impugned in the Revision made by the Court below. The order impugned does not decide rights of parties and is one in aid of hearing the Revision, where a judgment would ultimately be passed. 2. It is not the province of this Court to interfere with the interlocutory orders and upset orders of admission or interim orders made in statutory revisions et cetera by Tribunals or Courts below, unless there be some exceptional circumstances. This is not at all the case here. We, therefore, decline to interfere with the impugned order dated 24.02.2025 and uphold the same. 3. At the same time, we are of opinion that the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow, where Revision No. 806/2025/Muzaffar Nagar, Smt. Sarchana Devi v. Phool Singh, is pending, should expedite the said Revision and proceed with it, fixing one date of effective hearing every week. The hearing of the Revision shall not be adjourned on ground of any resolution of the Bar asking their Members to abstain from professional duties. 4. Learned Counsel, appearing in this Revision, shall be bound to appear in Court on each date fixed and assist the Board. 5. This petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid orders. 6. Mr. Kulveer Singh, learned Counsel, appears on behalf of respondent no. 3. 7. Let this order be communicated to the Registrar, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow by the Registrar (Compliance) within 72 hours.
